Return to work today from vacation.
Work pance could not fit used a safety pin.
Some collegues tell me i look round and fat .
Did not understand why i gain weight
i contol my eating christmas vaction.
This means i have to take my current new heallth habits a notch up.
It kinda of frustrating when to myself i seem to be doing so well.
