Yes it is 1 year without cigarettes FULLY & COMPLETELY
I am proud of my self .
I still miss it from time to time but i am now able to hold out until the urges passes away.
Like this morning when the police give me a speeding ticket .Dirty bastards.
I will like to thank God(allah) for the strength,guidance,direction and my wife who also help.
She bought a skay lectric yesterday for doing so well.
I was addicted to cigerttes as much as anybody.Never thougt i will be able to quit or even wanted too.
Anybody want help in quitting or how i did not feel free to contact me.
